If our services are a fit, we’ll set up an appointment to come to your home for a site visit and continue our discussion. We have found that it’s best to have all decision makers present for the first site visit. This avoids the need for replication and brings us all on the same page.

We will meet and begin a walk through to get a scope of the land. And remember, if you have some pictures or designs of other projects that you really like, this is a good time to bring them to the table! We will define the project and lay it out to maximize functionality and efficiency for your space. In the end, the best way to visualize your project is with a 3D rendering that we provide. Our Design Professional will be honest and present the most trusted products available. We’ll also give you an idea of what the construction might be like. This is a great time to ask questions you may have regarding the project!

Once we’ve gathered all the information, we will begin creating your project based on our conversations and the plans we discussed. For our smaller projects we typically email a detailed proposal along with a drawing. Larger projects we typically set a follow up presentation with preliminary cost and 3D renderings. Your excitement will increase as you view the possibilities presented in the renderings and videos. You will realize that your dream of an outdoor living space could be a few, short months away! At any time we can make plant substitutions, material changes, etc. Once we have reached all the necessary conclusions and we’ll draft a final detailed proposal renderings.

We can assure that you will be treated to first class service from start to finish! Our foremen are certified and well trained installers. The crew is respectful and honest. If at any time you have a question about construction timeline, add-ons, or material feel free to ask the foreman. As we begin the build process, we will be bringing in a lot of heavy equipment and material onto your property and forming work-related staging areas. Your property will become an active construction zone! There will be significant digging that will cause obvious alteration to your property at first. The extent of this phase is often underestimated by our clients and it can be somewhat shocking to see your yard completely dug up, with significant equipment impact. We can assure you that this is a normal part of the build process and once completed, will be a distant memory!
