Full Property Maintenance Package includes:

Details for the Gold & Silver Packages
Spring & Fall Clean-Up (Mar – Apr):
Removal of winter debris from beds, appropriate pruning and shearing of shrubs and trees. Fertilization of trees, shrubs and perennials. Application of pre-emergent at all beds.
Mulching Beds:
Mulching helps reduce weed growth, provides organic matter for plants, helps landscape plants retain soil moisture, and beautifies your property. Our landscape experts utilize best practices when adding mulch to your property for the best benefit of your plants. Whether improving curb appeal in your front yard landscaping, or performing mulch blowing at a commercial site, we can handle most of your project needs.
Edging Beds:
Edging beds creates a beautiful, distinct line where the lawn ends, and a mulch bed begins. These lines give a crisp, clean look to your landscape. We utilize a variety of specialized equipment to give crisp bed edges to both residential and commercial properties.
Mid-Season Pruning and Trimming (Jul-Aug):
Appropriate pruning of shrubs that bloom in spring and shrub and tree trimming. (Up to 12’)
Bed Maintenance (May – Nov):
Scheduled Monthly Visits
Weed management, removal of weeds from beds and herbicide used as needed. You will be notified a week in advance via email or text when your property is due for service. You will be able to communicate directly with our team with any questions or concerns you may have.
Fall Clean-Up & Leaf Removal:
Appropriate dormant trimming of shrubs and trees, cutting back perennials and grasses, removal of leaves from the beds and turf. Fall fertilization of trees and shrubs.

Mowing:
- A Plus Landscaping will provide weekly mowing of your property. (Average of 32 weeks)
- The Lawn will be evenly mowed at a height most suitable for the type of grass and the lawns specific needs.
- In areas where we cannot reach with the lawn mowers, we will string trim those areas.
We do not bag grass clippings, however, we will do so if requested. Note: Turf grass research shows that by using the proper mowers, it is better to return the grass clippings to the lawn for nutritional replenishment. This process is a tremendous help to our environment.
